Where is Vista Park located?

We're located at 7600 W. Deschutes Ave. in Kennewick, WA 99336, right near the intersection of Columbia Center Blvd. and Deschutes Ave. (next door to the Mister Clean Car Wash)

Do you offer climate controlled units?

We do not offer thermostat - controlled units. However, we do have a building that has insulated ceilings.

When is the office open?

The office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Saturday from 9:00 AM  - 2:00 PM

The office is closed on  Sunday.

Do you have vehicle/boat/RV storage?

YES! We have three different sizes to choose from depending on the vehicle you are storing. We have 14x15, 14x30, and 14x40. Please call us to check availability. We also require that you provide proof of registration and insurance at move-in. We do not allow storage of vehicles that have a lienholder (loan exists with a bank or other financial institution).

What are your gate access hours?

The facility is accessible between the hours of 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM 7 days a week. We do not provide 24-hour access.

Are there any fees or deposits I need to pay to move in?

NO! We do not charge you a deposit to move in. We are also waiving the administration fee to make it simple and easy to move in! We don't like charging unnecessary fees!

Do you provide insurance?

Yes! We offer tenant insurance for your storage unit via SafeStor for as little as $7.95/month.
